With over 30 years of experience within the business group that founded HWK, Esperanza brings deep operational and financial expertise. At HWK, she is responsible for administration, accounting and taxation, working closely with the financial control team to ensure the firm’s financial strength and regulatory compliance.

Driven by continuous learning, she combines her experience with a collaborative and meticulous approach. Outside of work, she enjoys sport, reading, cooking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
