HWK will respond to your request as soon as possible and, in any event, within one month of receipt. This period may be extended by an additional month where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received. HWK will inform the data subject of any extension within the first month following receipt of the request.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the exercise of your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority, without prejudice to any legal actions you may consider appropriate.
