CUSTOMER SERVICE
With the aim of preserving trust and providing an adequate level of protection for investors, HWK has appointed a customer service department, whose contact details are as follows:
This Service is obliged to handle and resolve any complaints and claims submitted by its Clients within a period of 2 months.
Once the Customer Service route has been exhausted, Clients may refer their case to the Investor Protection Commissioner, located at Paseo de la Castellana, 15, 28046 Madrid.

The operating procedures of the Customer Service are set out in the Customer Protection Regulations.
